Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, shipments to below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.

Process time of order is between 1-3 business days, We do not process on the Sunday Saturday or holidays. 

 

SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 10 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note:
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel the order without penalty! You must cancel the order within 24 hours of creating the order. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

We provide free Shipping service for orders over $30

For orders under $30, a shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged 

DUTIES AND TAXES 
Duties and taxes are our responsibility, you do not need to pay customs fees.

For defective products

Please take a picture of the product and send an email to us, if there is a problem with the product, we will resend the package free of charge

For customer remorse 

The shipping cost is borne by the customer and returned to us, and we return the goods money to the customer.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. 

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here. 

We Will Send Order confirmation and shipping inform message or email after you place the order, please check it, once there exist unauthorized payment, please contact us in 7 business days, we will not process it over 7 business days.
